Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association (WCCTA) is a rural telecommunications cooperative incorporated in 1954 that provides fiber-based internet, telephone, and television service to 21 communities across north-central Iowa. The carrier primarily serves residential and small-business customers in underserved rural areas, operating as a member-owned cooperative where subscribers become investor-owners. WCCTA has achieved Gig-Capable certification and represents the traditional rural ILEC model of cooperative-owned broadband and voice infrastructure.
